I’m a board-certified health and wellness nurse coach with a background in integrative and bioregulatory medicine. My work focuses on helping people better understand the patterns influencing their health through the lenses of circadian biology, nervous system regulation, nutrition, environment, and foundational lifestyle support.
After navigating my own chronic health challenges and disability, I eventually returned to the very work that helped restore my health. That experience deeply shaped the way I care for others and continues to influence my belief that healing is rarely about one perfect protocol — but about consistently supporting the body with the inputs it was designed to receive.
My approach combines education, coaching, and integrative collaboration to help clients create practical, sustainable changes that support resilience, energy, recovery, and overall well-being.
I’m particularly passionate about foundational health practices including:
light and circadian rhythm
nervous system regulation
hydration and mineral balance
movement and recovery
nourishment
environmental influences on health
I continue studying emerging areas including quantum biology, microbiome-related signaling, homeopathy, and isode therapy.
Above all, my goal is to help clients feel less overwhelmed, more connected to their bodies, and better supported in creating meaningful long-term change.
